Pan Pacific Beijing

The rooms are well kept and clean. Professional and to a high standard. The bathroom held the same standard. Overall the bedroom was spacious and well kept. The location was in perfect walking spot for tourism however there are plentiful other hotels in similar vicinities for cheaper the price. The staff were mostly professional and did their jobs to a good standard.

My husband and I had a wonderful time throughout our stay at Pan Pacific Beijing. Hotel is situated at a quiet location yet it is easy accessible to shopping malls like Joy City and Grand Pacific Mall which have many good restaurants. There is also a Starbucks cafe next to the hotel and 7-11 convenient store nearby. Subway station (Xidan) is also within walking distance (5-7 minutes). Places like Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square and Wangfujing Pedestrain Street are also quite nearby by subway. Hotel staff were warm and hospitable. Though we arrived at the hotel in the morning, Lynn who attended to us arranged a room for us to check in right away. It was bonus for us especially after a night flight, and we were able to have a room checked in to freshen up. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was big and comfortable. Great housekeeping and each day when we got back to the hotel room, it was tidied. Hotel breakfast was good enough. Simply delightful! Thank you Lynn for your warm service. We look forward to returning to Pan Pacific Beijing in the near future.

I enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet as the price is reasonable and the spread of food is wide.The service is great too! The front desk staff attended to us was very friendly and offerred us high floor and bigger room since we were going to stay for 4 nights and also arranged early check-in for us as per request. The bedsheet, towel etc were new, clean and of excellent quality.

The facilities in the room was nice the roof Resturant was very nice with many veg options. Staff spoke English and were very polite friendly and helpful. Neo the head concierge was the only English speaking person there and he is an asset to the hotel . Very helpful and friendly. Loved him .!

I can't praise Pan Pacific Beijing enough. All staffs I encountered were so lovely. They made me feel very welcomed on the first day arriving in Beijing. Thanks a million for the room upgrade. What an amazing surprise. ❤️😊 My husband and I love Pan Pacific brand very much. We always stayed at Pan Pacific in the past while visiting Singapore. I must say Pan Pacific Beijing is just as exceptional. Location is also very central. I stopped at the amber bar for a pre dinner drink, how gorgeous the rooftop terrace was. I highly recommend this hotel. 😁👍
