Everything, location was perfect, rooms very clean, food for breakfast as well as in the restaurant and rooftop terrace was great. Staff very friendly and helpful and many speak English. I had a fantastic stay.

From the moment we arrived the staff was super helpful and they even decorated the room for my wife's birthday! We had a very memorable stay and we would love to return to Pan Pacific any time we stay in downtown Beijing. The location is great as it is just a few minutes drive from the square and other historical sites as well as the hutongs and all of the local businesses that thrive in that area.

Excellent location. Within walking distance to tianmen square. Clean rooms and welcoming staff. Smile all around. Good breakfast. The amber cafe at the top is brilliant for evening meal and or drink with a view.

Rooms were extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. Great location near to shops and attractions. Breakfast was excellent and the manager Eric was extremely helpful and accommodating. Staff spoke good English.
